Every time I eat Abby's, I weep with frustration and anger that there isn't a location where I live, on the west side of Portland.

Abby's has the perfect, crisp, never flimsy crust that I crave crave crave!  Luckily, I was able to satisfy my craving on a visit (to Redmond) a few days ago with far too many slices of pepperoni and Canadian bacon. The sauce is zesty without being overly spiced, and I am never quite able to understand how they are able to make a delicious pizza without it dripping with grease. The cheese appears to be all white cheese, none of that Cheddar/American.  Abby's is spicy, crunchy, savory, and cheesy all in one.

The Redmond location has quick, friendly service and a clean, well-stocked and tasty salad bar.  Add a pitcher of beer = me so happy.
